I really enjoy Friday night Wimborne yoga. Amy is a lovely and knowledgeable yoga teacher who puts you at ease and gives options for the yoga which  people of all abilities can access. It is a great way to wind down from the week and relax and  start the weekend. I have been attending for over a year and would highly recommend it.  Always 5 out of 5 stars

Amy's yoga flow class on a Friday night is an ideal way to wind down from the week & get set for the weekend.  The last couple of classes we've been lucky enough to do outside & it's so relaxing lying by the river, watching the light on the leaves, the dragonflies & the swans.  Definitely recommend.
